Inspired by the rustic and cozy feel of a local Oregon Christmas Tree farm, this winter wedding styled shoot incorporates lyrics from romantic holiday songs and a non-traditional color palette of Marigold, Charcoal and Cranberry. A delicious spread of favorite deserts surround the gorgeously sweet cake adorned with crystal and ornament like mini balls of fondant. Donuts made fresh in the farm kitchen as well as hot cocoa to warm your hands. The floral pieces have a rustic and eclectic feel with unique elements such as pine cones, pomegranates and twigs. Our bride keeps warm with stylish accessories like tights, a cropped cardigan and a knit headband while our groom adds a charcoal sweater under his jacket and a hat but keeps it formal with a bright handmade bow tie. Our adventurous and outdoorsy couple braves the cold weather to get some amazing shots of them in a canoe on the farm's pond, with the farm's cream colored horse and even gets in the spirit with some fake snow. Our hope for this shoot was to incorporate holiday feel with a modern style. All the vendors involved did an amazing job creating a beautiful shoot.
